Healed pieces,
made to live on skin
A few recent tattoos, all healed. Each one is one of a kind, drawn by hand for the person who wears it.
See all healed pieces
Mostly flash, sometimes custom, always by hand.
Flash, mostly one of a kind
Pick a design from my flash. Most are non repeatable, so they go to one person only. When a piece is gone, it stays gone.
Custom alien botanicals
Bring a plant you love or a feeling you want to carry. I draw something that does not exist yet, built around your body.
Fine line and dotwork
Soft black and grey, drawn from thin line and thousands of tiny dots. No hard outlines, lots of room to breathe.
Freehand pieces
Some pieces are drawn straight on skin, not from a stencil. I read the body and the existing ink, and we make it together.
Diana · @nicerfolks Hi, I'm Diana.
I draw imaginary plants: orchids that never existed, alien flowers, and the small creatures that live among them. I work in soft black and grey, mostly from my own flash.
Born in Inner Mongolia, based in Toronto, where I work out of Nicer Folks. I am AuDHD, and my work moves through more than tattooing: I paint, draw, photograph, and make pots.
Most of my flash is one of a kind, so when a piece is gone it stays gone. I draw every piece by hand, soft in line, layered in texture, and considered from the first sketch.
